Enable ELB / ALB / NLB logging
Enable access logs for all load balancers.
Summary
Turn on the access logs to your load balancers. You'll want to suck them into a search tool AND, you won't get much help from AWS Support if you open a ticket on your load balancer and you don't have them turned on.
